  Waiver:  The undersign hereby knowingly and willingly releases, remises and forever discharges, and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Paisley, Event officers and volunteers, Lake County, host businesses, co-producers, sponsors, volunteers and vendors and their employees from all losses, liabilities (including liability for attorney's fees) claims, damages and cost (known collectively as "losses") that may now exists or may hereafter arise in connection with or as a result of my own or my team members participation in the Paisley Chewaucan Challenge, except to the extent that any such losses are a direct result of the gross negligence or reckless behavior of the City of Paisley, Lake County, host businesses, co-producers, sponsors, volunteers and vendors and their employees. Participation allows for the City of Paisley and any directly affiliated organization to use reproductions or likenesses of the participants in advertising and marketing in future events.

  Chewaucan Challenge - Barbess Hook Catch and Release Tournament June 16, 17 & 18 2008 Hosted by the City of Paisley Oregon RULES for 2008: All local and state fishing regulations apply in this tournament to include the following additions: 1. Any fish released that has been deemed by the score keeper not to have a reasonable chance to survive will be considered dead and angler will receive no score for that catch. 2. Dead Fish: a. Any fish killed during the process of landing or while attempting to release will be deemed a dead catch by the score keeper, the angler will receive a warning and NO score for that catch. b. If two fish are deemed a dead catch for the same angler that angler must leave the river and will not be allowed to return until the start of the next day's event. 3. All released fish and measurements will be witnessed by the designated score keeper for their assigned teams. 4. Sections 1 & 2 Main River: a. you may only fish the main river in these areas, all tributaries are closed to tournament anglers. 5. Section 3 Main River: a. All Streams are open to anglers tournament rules and conditions apply. 6. Scoring your catch: All fish will be scored regardless of size, scoring will be conducted by official score keepers in the following manner. 1) All Trout under 10" = 1 Point 2) All Trout 10"-12" = 3 Points 3) All Trout 12"-14" = 5 Points 4) All Trout 14"- 16" = 7 Points 5) All Trout 16" - 18" = 9 Points 6) All Trout 18" and over = 14 Points Good luck and Good Fishing Friends of Paisley
